The aliens (Zorx, Klax, and Jennifer (yes, Jennifer)) were great villains, their plans were pretty great, though of course they are no match for Harold and George and Captain Underpants. I still love those flip-o-rama's, it works so much better to flip through it, see the action happen, then that they would have written/drawn it out in a comic. The book is filled with several comics (which I loved, it made the book even more fun to read), and also 2 flip-o-rama. oh well, if the food is really that terrible, I guess they wouldn't know a fake recipe from a real one. How those lunch ladies didn't notice the ingredients were a bit strange. I have to say I loved their prank with the exploding cupcake mix (though do I want to know why the mix was green?). Though I have to say the comic about the lunch ladies went a bit too far, at least for me. Maybe it helps that they do try to save the world when that situation arises + quite often their pranks/jokes are funny and people seem to like it (well, OK, the children like it, the adults don't, but that is generally how it goes). Often I am not all too happy when pranks/jokes go far, but with George and Harold? I just couldn't be mad at them. They either do this in real life or they write comics about it. Our duo (George and Harold) love pranking/making jokes about people.

Of course I had to bring them with me, I always wanted to continue reading this series, but always forgot to buy them from Amazon. So, I was at a book store last Saturday when, while walking through the second-hand section, I came across this book and 2 of his friends. Krupp, and the power of wedgies comes to the rescue once again.Ĭaptain Underpants's third outing is better than ever, with patented Flip-o-Rama animation and wacky bonus comics like "Captain Underpants-Wedgie Wars" and "Captain Underpants and the Night of the Living Lunch Ladies." Will they turn everyone in school into evil zombie nerds? Can George and Harold save the world before it's too late? All seems lost until the diabolical Zorx snaps his. The cranky lunch ladies quit after George and Harold fool them into baking super-volcanic krispy kupcakes that flood the school with gigantic green globs o' goo. Well, George and Harold-surprise, surprise-are at it again. And of course you know the trouble-making hypnotists are none other than Jerome Horwitz Elementary School's two most notorious tricksters, George and Harold ("We rule!" "Me, too!").
